adam shaw woodstock accounting team

There is a lot to be said about Carol, but one thing is for sure – after you meet Carol – you will agree that she is one of the most approachable Senior Staff Accountants you’ll have ever met. She enjoys this career at Adam Shaw CA Professional Corporation and after 3 years of working here, we’d hope so too.

Starting in the data processing field for a Chartered Accounting firm in 1980 Carol worked her way up through the profession alongside many great leaders. Adam Shaw first met and worked closely with Carol at a reputable local accounting firm back in 1999 and knew early in Carol’s career that she would have what it takes to manage the business and have a successful career. “She is an innovative problem solver and responds quickly to production demands – a dependable and trustworthy individual.   I couldn’t have asked for a better team player”.  Ask anyone around the office and they will say that Carol is the “go to person” to solve problems and help take the team to the next level.

So what drives Carol to be great, it’s the desire to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations and the people at Adam Shaws’ office make that part of her job easy. She is surrounded by a strong group of people who love to be challenged and are all working towards the common goal – “delivering the best service we can offer to our clients”

When Carol is not working – you will likely find her spending time with her two children, her best friend Gerald, her very close friends, shopping with the girls, cooking, euchre club, walking the dogs or cruising down the streets in her Mustang convertible. Ask her where she will be in 5 years – she says doing exactly the same as she is doing now…just with a little more time traveling on the open road.

Carol volunteers with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ingersoll, Tillsonburg & Area in the capacity of fundraising and helping out in whatever capacity she can. You will find Carol and her daughter face painting at many events for BBBS and other charitable organizations that the BBBS supports such as the Teddy Bear Christmas Drive at Uniform Hall.

Rob and I have not filed for last year. I have a return I am sure, but he will owe.
Is it better for us to file first and then pay a lump sum to Revenue Canada or I have it set up online to send them some money. Can you advise what is best. Rob should have everything in to you guys hopefully in the next week….I realize there will be interest and penalties but he has a lot of write offs….thanks
